I love to practice Yoga in the great outdoors

Hello and thanks for coming to my site.

If you’re looking for information for gong baths, yoga classes, events or workshops, I hope you’ll find what you’re looking for here. If you don’t please give me call or send an email.

In 1999 I started doing yoga, loved it, practiced and studied it. Then I reached a point where the only way to continue developing my practice was to train as a teacher. So I did in 2009 – in the Sivananda style with New Forest Yoga school and I have been teaching ever since! I have developed my own eclectic style influenced by  hatha, Sivananda and Yin. My aim is to work with you and your body as we are all individuals and teach in an informal style.

My background is in Judo and I found the martial arts discipline  and body awareness to be a good basis for Yoga.

What started me off in alternative therapies was coming across Reiki as an alternative to use for my boys when they were ill or injured though rugby. This started me on my journey working with energy! I am a Reiki Master.

I’ve been doing reflexology since 2009. It was the treatment I always enjoyed the most and found the most beneficial. I trained at Bournemouth and Poole College because I wanted to help other people with it. I love feet and find them quite fascinating and each foot will tell a story.

In 2014/2015 I studied Gong Therapy with the College of Sound Healing under the guidance of Sheila Whittaker over the period of a year. I had always been drawn to the gongs before my training and so it seemed a natural path to follow to learn more about them. I am a gong junkie and am lucky to have a beautiful family of gongs! In 2016 I had the opportunity of visiting Germany Broder Oetken Gongs factory  and making my own gong under the expert guidance of Master Gong maker Broder Oetken,  giving me an insight into the making of gongs as already having learnt how to play them.

I believe that laughter is one of the best medicines! When we are sad we can trick the brain by forced laughter to release happy endorphins! I am a fully qualified Laughter yoga leader.

I live,  work and play in the New Forest.
