My style of teaching is quite informal because we’re all built differently. You have to work with what you’ve got – not against it!

So no matter what your abilities or needs, I can help you benefit from yoga. We can’t all get our legs round our ears!

My aim is to help you understand your own body!

I’m a Sivananda trained yoga teacher and I offer an eclectic mix of yoga styles based on Sivananda, Yin and Hatha yoga. Working with people of all abilities and needs, I use postures, breathing, relaxation techniques and laughter to help release  blockages, relieve tension and promote a general sense of wellbeing.

Private one2one or one2two sessions from my yoga studio at an exchange of £70 per session, please allow 1hr and 15mins

Also available for private yoga groups from my yoga studio with a maximum of 4
