“In person” gong baths
I’d like to invite you to join me for “in person” gong baths for small groups at a time from my dedicated gong space in Burley, New Forest.
Join me for this hour of self care to relax, release and restore. Mats, pillows, blankets, eye masks and water are provided for you or feel free to bring your own. Please wear loose, comfortable clothes.
*DUE TO SMALL GROUP NUMBERS BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL AND PAYMENT IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED AT AN EXCHANGE OF £25 per person.*

Please arrive promptly 10-15 minutes before the session is due to start. Allow an hour and a half for the whole session from arrival to departure.

“In person” TWO HOUR SRPING EQUINOX & NEW MOON gong bath TUESDAY 17TH MARCH 7-9pm @ an exchange of £45 per person
*NEW* WORKSHOP SATURDAY 28TH MARCH 10-2 GONG EXPERIENCE @ an exchange of £75 per person.
Always wanted to get your hands on my gongs? Now’s your chance! me for this hands on experience where you will learn how to connect with the gongs, some basic playing techniques, time to play the gongs and also find which is your favourite gong! There will be time to chat all things gongs and chat about your experience.
All followed by an hours gong bath to finish!
All equipment provided including light refreshments during the workshop and after the gong bath. All from my dedicated gong space in Burley, New Forest. Spaces limited to four per session.
